Don Molosky grew up in the Metro Detroit area and attended the University of Detroit where he obtained a degree in finance. After graduation he began working for General Motors as a financial analyst before attending Wayne State University Law School. While in law school, Don clerked for a large insurance defense law firm and the General Motors Corporate Tax Department. After graduation from law school in 1987, Don worked for a law firm that focused on business transactions. In 1991, Don successfully established Molosky & Co. in downtown Mount Clemens, specializing in general business law, real estate and estate planning. In 1998, Molosky & Co. opened a second office in Petoskey, which now serves as the headquarters of Molosky & Co.
Molosky & Co.s practice, while founded in general business, real estate, estate planning, has quickly become an expert litigator for catastrophic personal injury cases. Molosky & Co. helps the physically and emotionally injured obtain the fair measure of money for the harms and losses they suffered. Essentially, we represent individuals in all facets of their business and legal affairs. We view ourselves as our clients quarterback for all of their legal affairs. Jennifer J. Schafer

Jennifer J. Schafer is a native of the Lapeer and Lansing areas and began her legal career as a prosecutor. Jennifer graduated with high honors from Michigan State University in 1992, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and continued her education in Lansing, earning a Juris Doctor at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in1996. Jennifer began working in the St. Clair County Prosecutor’s Office while still in law school, and wrote more than 50 appellate briefs to the Michigan Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. After graduation from Cooley in 1996, Jennifer traveled north to Emmet County and spent five years as a prosecutor, handling a wide array of challenging cases in the probate, district, and circuit courts. She then assisted Judge Richard W. May of the 90th District Court, acting as an Attorney Magistrate in both Emmet and Charlevoix Counties. In 2004, Jennifer decided to enter the civil litigation arena, joining a prestigious Petoskey firm and practicing in the areas of real estate, business law, estate planning, and civil litigation, before joining Molosky & Co. in early 2011.

A native of the Pellston/Alanson area, Courtney (Croff) Blumke is a graduate of Davenport Business College with a degree in Executive Business Administration, basing her studies in Legal Administration. Courtney has previously worked for other law firms as well as work history in the banking world. In 2008, she married Todd Blumke and together they have three daughters, Kaitlin, Ashley, & Mamie.

Chip Koziara attends the University of Michigan where he studies entrepreneurship and finance at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Chip is highly involved on campus, as he is a founding member of a non-profit organization and a member of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. Chip is a recent graduate of Petoskey High School and has resided in northern Michigan for over ten years with his parents and sister. He has worked at Molosky & Co. since May 2010.
