Marin Hoffman

Marin Hoffman is a local Harbor Springs graduate born and raised in the area. She attended Northern Michigan University (NMU) where she was the first to complete the 3+3 Legal Education Accelerated Program (LEAP) and earned her Bachelors in Political Science. She then attended law school at Michigan State University College of Law earning her J.D. in 2024. The LEAP allowed Marin to complete her college education in 6 years instead of 7.

During the summer between her second and third year of law school, Marin started working at Molosky & Co. as a law clerk. She continued working remotely at Molosky and Co. during her last year of law school. After graduating in May of 2024 with a Certificate in Child and Family Advocacy, Marin studied for and passed the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) with a score high enough to practice in any of the 38 UBE jurisdiction.

Marin was sworn in to the State Bar of Michigan in the fall of 2024 and began practicing law at Molosky and Co. She is currently a general practitioner with a passion for helping her community. She has experience in many different areas of the law including family law, landlord tenant, real estate disputes, business law, estate planning and probate litigation. Marin is excited to be back in Northern Michigan serving her hometown and surrounding areas.
