Biography
Benedict A. Gyarmati is an Associate at our firm, specializing in civil litigation within the Michigan No-Fault field. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Michigan in 2014 and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2018. Prior to joining Molosky & Co., Benedict spent five years at a personal injury law firm in Metro Detroit where he earned a reputation as an effective advocate, recovering millions of dollars in first- and third-party settlements for his clients. His practice focuses on working closely with accident victims, physician groups, diagnostic imaging centers, physical therapists, chiropractors, and pain clinics to navigate the complexities of Michigan No-Fault claims. Benedict manages all phases of litigation, from pre-suit to resolution, bringing a tailored approach to each case. Benedict’s practice is dedicated to keeping his clients informed, clearly communicating the strengths and weaknesses of their claims to empower them to make well-informed decisions. Outside the office, Benedict enjoys hunting, home-brewing beer, and spending time with his wife, child, and dog.
