Biography
Elona Asimetaj started her legal career assisting with corporate transaction compliance in the legal department of a Fortune 500 company and a U.K. Global 200 law firm.
She is an analytical litigator devoted to examining the details of each case to offer clients strategic guidance formulated to achieve positive outcomes. Her litigation experience incorporates a diverse litigation profile from both sides of the isle involving; complex antifraud matters in the context of first-party claims involving health care, intricate issues from building defects, condominium and homeowner association disputes, auto accidents with complicated No-Fault priorities and personal injury. Her expertise and focus are both applicable to handling litigation, advising about, and preventing recurring litigation.
Elona is living out her dream of litigating civil, real estate and business disputes in Northern Michigan. She prides herself on crafting technical and efficient litigation strategies that win.
