Employment Law Representative Cases
Molosky & Co. successfully defends client’s right to new employment in contrast to a prior non-compete agreement after prior employer materially breaches employment contract.
Our client’s employer failed to maintain its pension plan in violation of our client’s employment agreement. After she obtained new employment to ensure long-term financial security, her prior employer’s aggressive legal team obtained a Temporary Restraining Order (“TRO”). The TRO immediately prevented her from planning for her financial future. Molosky & Co. worked quickly to prepare for an expedited hearing on the TRO. Due to our talented legal team’s advocacy, the Court not only rescinded the TRO but also dismissed the prior employer’s entire case. Our client is now back to work and free from all terms of any non-compete agreement thanks to Molosky & Co.’s dedicated team of litigation attorneys.
